A new concept for Cafe Rouge was developed combining great French food to take
away with an authentic bistro operating throughout the day and night.

The take-away and bistro offers will sit alongside each other but will be clearly distinguished by design and service.

By Day
Take-away featuring hot and cold French classics to grab and go.
Bistro based on Café Rouge.

By Night
Take-away converted to a bar.

LMPP worked on all aspects of the new store's experience from retail design to visual merchandising, product display, food presentation brand communication, menus and uniforms.
